A Public Health Nurse with 30 years experience working with  the Provincial Health Office of  Nueva Vizcaya, she is currently  Governor of the Philippine Nurses Association (PNA) – Cagayan Valley Chapter.

She was given the award for her outstanding dedication and commitment to public service in the practice of her nursing profession.
