Taekwondo jin seizes gold in CAVRAA

Juvenile Faye Crisostomo, a sophomore student of Aldersgate College Science High School captures gold in taekwondo during the Cagayan Valley Regional Athlelic Association (CAVRAA) meet held at Solano High School Gymnasium, Solano Nueva Vizcaya, February 5-11, 2009.

Crisostomo ousted three other delegates from the provinces of Quirino, Isabela and Cagayan in the Fin Weight Division category.

She will advance to the Palarong Pambansa on April 18-24, 2010 at Tarlac.

“I am overwhelmed by the honor of representing region 02 in the Palarong Pambansa, I am really proud I made it!” Crisostomo exclaimed in an interview”

Crisostomo was trained by Master Reza Rahmani, a 5th dan blackbelt of the Solano Taekwondo Center who was also awarded a gold medal.
