Dumaguing tops essay writing tilt

Proving her mettle in writing, Celene Angeli Dumaguing, a  student of the Third Year Gold class and the Feature Editor of the Paragon  prevailed in the essay writing contest held at Solano Municipal Hall on the celebration of Nutrition Month  last July 21.
With the theme “Sa pagkaing tama at sapat wastong timbang ni baby ang katapat” Dumaguing bested other contestants from different high schools in Solano.    She was awarded a cash prize of 500 pesos and a certificate. Her coach Mrs. Gloria Afalla, likewise received a certificate.
“It gives me pride to give an honor  to our school”, she said in an interview after the awarding ceremony.
The said activity was organized by the Municipal Nutrition Committee of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Solano.RKTJ
