AC conducts earthquake drill

Elementary and High school students of Aldersgate College participated in the earthquake drill conducted by the school in cooperation with the Bureau of Fire Protection of Solano last July 27, at the AC quadrangle.
Mr. Omar Capayan and Mr. Rogelio Sumawang instructors of the event patiently taught the students how to carry victims in times of calamity. The lover’s carry and the fireman’s carry were introduced.
Representatives of the Bureau of Fire Protection Solano demonstrated the steps on how to utilize the fire extinguisher and its significance in case of fire prevention.
“The significance of this activity is to be aware of how to redeem ourselves when natural calamity comes by the information that we will gain from this activity” Mr. Omar Capayan said. #
