ACians shine in DSPC
Four journalists of Aldersgate College Science High School proved their talents and mastery by winning various places in the Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC), held at Solano National High School, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya last December 1-3.
With 35 competing journalists of 35 secondary schools province wide, AC’s bets Celene Angeli Dumaguing, the Editor-in-chief of the Paragon placed third in Photojournalism English; Jon Raenier Fernadez, a sophomore placed 5th in Sports Writing English; Mar Jonathan Dave Fabro, a junior got 6th place in Sports Writing Filipino and Andell Jan Almendra, a senior placed 6th in News Writing Filipino.
The winners together with their trainer Mrs. Marissa J. Taguinod will advance to the Regional Schools Press Conference which will be held in Calaoagan Dakkel Gattaran, Cagayan on December 15-17, 2011.MJJT
